Hunter’s Sojourn™ Defines Contemporary Style
MEMPHIS, TENN. (January 18, 2007)—A unique blend of the casual
and the sophisticated marks the clean look of the Sojourn™ from Hunter Fan
Company’s Prestige® Collection. Featuring a fine balance of rich leather,
brushed metal and furniture grade wood, the Sojourn is a perfect accent to today’s
modern homes.
The Sojourn (model 21182) features a brushed nickel finish with five reversible
dark cherry/dark walnut blades with 54-inch blade span. The Sojourn is powered by
Hunter’s patented high performance AirMax motor. Engineered by Hunter for
energy efficiency and durable operation, Prestige fans provide relaxing breezes
in the summer and circulate warm air down from the ceiling in the winter for maximum
comfort.
“Two words come to mind upon seeing the casual contemporary Sojourn: classy
and sleek,” said Beau Parker, Hunter Fan Co. vice president of ceiling fan
marketing. “The Sojourn not only brings modern style to residence or office,
it could serve as an exhibit in a design museum.”
The Prestige Collection is an assortment of Hunter’s finest ceiling fans,
which include 60- and 72-inch fans for larger homes, all-aluminum fans that will
never rust for outdoor living areas, and a wide variety of Old World, transitional
and contemporary styles. Prestige fans feature a broad palette of architectural
details, from rich furniture-grade woods and hand-applied finishes to artfully crafted
glass. Combined with the power and quiet performance for which Hunter products are
known, the ceiling fans of this distinctive collection represent Hunter’s
very best.
For easy installation and perfect balance, the Sojourn showcases the WobbleFree
Canopy mounting system. It features a hands-free loop that temporarily supports
the fan during wiring, allowing greater mounting ease. The WobbleFree Canopy’s
self-aligning trilobular ball maintains full, even contact with the housing by eliminating
stress points that often contribute to wobble. The Sojourn can be installed in standard
or angled mounting fashions.
